Move From Marginal to Masterful
For many years I have been helping women who are defeated and discouraged to move into a fulfilled life walking with Jesus Christ, especially after they have experienced abusive relationships, divorce, or other traumatic experiences.
The reason this is so important to me is because that was me twenty-five years ago.
What you may or may not know about me is that I went through not one but two very abusive marriages. I spent many years struggling, chasing the wrong men and worldly ideas trying to fill the hole in my soul. Finally, I literally hit the wall. I had no confidence, no job, little money and a heavy load of debt. I was broken and disgusted with my situation knew I was living a marginal life.
Thankfully, I knew enough to know that staying in the same pit was not an option. I knew God but certainly was not walking with him at that time. But God knew exactly where I was and by His divine appointment connected me with mentors and ministries that spoke truth into my life.
What did I learn?
- I learned how powerful words are and how they affect our minds, circumstances, and future.
- I learned how to exchange the lies that played repeatedly in my mind with the truth of the Word!
- I learned what the Word of God says about me personally (and to every human being) and started to speak it out of my mouth over my life.
- I learned to build my confidence by speaking the truth of God’s Word over every circumstance in my life. (Yes, every issue of life is addressed in the Word!)
- I learned how to manage my finances and walk out of debt.
- I learned how to keep my focus on where I wanted to go and not return to where I had been.
- I learned how to reduce fear and become fed, fortified, and fulfilled.
- I learned how to tighten my circle of friends and build beautiful boundaries in my life.
- And, so much more.
I have expanded my ministry outreach to share these things and help people conquer fear, build confidence, and start walking out their divine assignments with joy.
